The complaint alleges that Carano’s male co-stars from “The Mandalorian” faced no repercussions for sharing social media posts offensive to conservatives, highlighting a double standard in the treatment of cast members.

Among the specific grievances outlined in the lawsuit is an incident where Carano was allegedly pressured to issue a public apology following a social media post deemed controversial. She refused to comply with this demand, which ultimately led to her termination. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Disney and Lucasfilm subjected Carano to a “post-termination smear campaign,” which resulted in her talent agency and transactional lawyer severing ties with her.
